En los casos en que la mercancía pueda sufrir deterioro, de ser enviada al Administrador de la Aduana correspondiente para su custodia, o el envió resultare antieconómico, el Funcionario Instructor podrá él mismo, proceder al remate con el lleno de las formalidades pertinentes y previa autorización de la Dirección General de Aduana.
