Todos Los Certificados Médicos Que Se Expidan Conforme A La Ley 53 De 1938; Y A Este Decreto, Deberán Ser Expedidos: A) Gratuitamente, Por Las Autoridades De Higiene O Por Los Médicos Que Éstas Designen; Y B) Por Médico Graduado, En Ejercicio Legal De La Profesión

Todos los certificados médicos que se expidan conforme a la Ley 53 de 1938; y a este Decreto, deberán ser expedidos

Gratuitamente, por las autoridades de Higiene o por los médicos que éstas designen; y

Por médico graduado, en ejercicio legal de la profesión.

Parágrafo

Los certificados que expidan los segundos, están sujetos a la revisión y aprobación de los funcionarios de Higiene, quienes para hacerlo, están autorizados para practicar un examen médico de la interesada. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
