Seguimiento a las solicitudes. Para asegurar la coordinación entre las distintas instancias, cuando un organismo o entidad de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional responda cualquier requerimiento proveniente o relacionado con una solicitud gestionada por el SIED, deberá dar a conocer su respuesta a este servicio, para que este pueda hacer un análisis ex post, llevar la trazabilidad y elaborar las recomendaciones que correspondan.

Artículo 2.2.3.8.3.4. Seguimiento a las solicitudes. Para asegurar la coordinación entre las distintas instancias, cuando un organismo o entidad de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional responda cualquier requerimiento proveniente o relacionado con una Inversión Extranjera Directa, deberá dar a conocer su respuesta al Comité lED - SIFAI, para que este pueda hacer un análisis ex post, llevar la trazabilidad y elaborar las recomendaciones que correspondan.
