Traslado del inventario y del balance, objeciones y aprobación . Realizada la audiencia de que trata el Artículo precedente, el inventario y el balance se pondrán en conocimiento de las partes por cinco días, a fin de que puedan objetarlos. Las objeciones se tramitarán conjuntamente como incidente, en el que será parte el liquidador quien dará las explicaciones que considere necesarias o que el juez le exija. Si éste lo estima conveniente, podrá examinar los libros y documentos que se hallen en poder del liquidador, que devolverá una vez decididas las objeciones. El liquidador hará los reajustes de acuerdo con lo que resuelva el juez. Cuando no se formulen objeciones, el juez aprobará el inventario y el balance, por auto que no tendrá recurso alguno.
