° Cuando el Instituto delegue alguna función determinará en el mismo acto la delegación, que bienes o ingresos de los que la entidad delegataria adquiera en el ejercicio de la función delegada pasan a ser de propiedad, cuales ingresan al patrimonio del Instituto y cuales son cedidos a la entidad delegataria una vez terminada la delegación.
