Artículo único. Convóquese el Congreso a sesiones extraordinarias desde el día diez y siete del presente mes. En estas sesiones se ocupará el Congreso de los negocios que el Gobierno someta á su consideración por medio de los Ministros del Despacho. Comuníquese y publíquese.
