Las empresas o entidades que voluntariamente, o en virtud de pactos o contratos colectivos de trabajo vienen suministrando zapatos sus asalariados, seguirán cumpliendo con dicha obligación en la forma establecida, si ella fuere más favorable para el trabajador. En caso contrario, deberán cumplir con las obligaciones que les impone esta Ley.
