El Ministerio de Cultura iniciará lo correspondiente para la declaratoria y el manejo como patrimonio cultural de la Semana Santa en el municipio de Sabanalarga, de acuerdo con lo estipulado en la presente ley y en los artículos 4°, 5°, 8° y 11.1 de la Ley 397 de 1997 , modificada por la Ley 1185 de 2008 .
