Artículo catorce. Por denuncia del hecho u oficiosamente, por conocimiento directo o indirecto del mismo, la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria investigará breve y sumariamente y podrá imponer una o más de las sanciones establecidas en el artículo anterior aun para un mismo caso, según la gravedad de la violación, mediante resolución motivada.
