Artículo único. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo nacional para que celebre con la Compañía fabricante de Cundinamarca un convenio que ponga término á las mútuas reclamaciones que existen entre dicha Compañía y el Gobierno ; convenio para el cumplimiento eficaz del cual no se necesitará la aprobacion posterior del Congreso.
