°. Objetivos del PAAEME. Los objetivos del PAAEME son los siguientes: • Orientar y definir acciones que permitan controlar inundaciones y/o fenómenos de remoción en masa, con el fin de contribuir a la protección de la población y sus bienes básicos de subsistencia. • Orientar y definir las acciones que permitan restablecer las condiciones ambientales con el fin de minimizar los impactos ocasionados por el fenómeno de La Niña 2010-2011 en las zonas urbanas, centros poblados y áreas rurales. • Recuperar y proteger los ecosistemas prioritarios para la prevención de inundaciones y fenómenos de remoción en masa.
