La prueba testimonial versará sobre cualquiera de los hechos siguientes:

Haber pagado el arrendatario ó las personas que habitan la finca, al arrendador el precio ó renta correspondiente á uno o varios periodos;

Haber ejercido el arrendador libremente en diversas épocas, actos de dominio de la finca, ó haber pagado últimamente las contribuciones que la gravan, según las leyes; y

Haber arrendado la finca directamente ó por medio de comisionados, en períodos anteriores al del actual contrato.
