LICENCIA ESPECIAL. El Director General de la Policía Nacional, podrá conceder licencia sin derecho a sueldo ni prestaciones sociales al Agente cuyo cónyuge sea destinado en comisión al exterior, hasta por un término máximo de dieciocho (18) meses.
