Reservas voluntarias. Con el saldo ds las utilidades que quede, hechas las apropiaciones indicadas en el artículo precedente, la Asamblea podrá créar otras voluntarias u ocasionales, siempre que tengan una destinación especial (artículos 154, 453, 454, Código de. Comercio), sean aprobadas con el quórum ordinario o con el previsto en el ordinal d) del artículo 15 de estas estatutos, según el caso, y con los demas requisitos legales.
