amends decreto 663/93

El artículo 324 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así:

"Artículo 324. Vigilancia . La inspección, control y vigilancia del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras estará a cargo de la Superintendencia Bancaria, la cual ejercerá la mencionada función de acuerdo con las facultades que le otorga la ley en lo referente a las instituciones financieras, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza especial del Fondo y el objeto que el mismo cumple con arreglo a la ley."
