OBTENCION DE LA LICENCIA DE FUNCIONAMIENTO. Las personas jurídicas para obtener la licencia de funcionamiento como empresa de transporte público terrestre automotor de carga acreditarán los siguientes requisitos

Capital pagado de quinientos (500) salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes en la ciudad de Bogotá, representados en vehículos, instalaciones o efectivo;

Certificado de Cámara de Comercio o del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, que acredite su constitución, capital y representación legal para personas jurídicas;

Escritura de constitución con el concepto previo protocolizado en la misma para personas jurídicas;

Relación de oficinas establecidas.
