El juez podrá:

Sancionar con arresto inconmutable hasta por treinta (30) días al sindicado que se negare a suscribir diligencia de conminación. El arresto cesará cuando el sindicado suscriba la diligencia.

Sancionar con arresto inconmutable hasta por treinta (30) días al procesado que injustificadamente incumpla las obligaciones impuestas en el acta de conminación.

Las sanciones de que trata este artículo podrán imponerse sucesivamente por nuevos incumplimientos del procesado.
