Art. 14. Los sueldos anuales liquidados, se reconocerán a favor de los respectivos empleados por duodécimas partes, mes por mes; i cuando algun empleado solo hubiere servido algunos dias del mes, la liquidacion se hará por regla de proporcion, segun el número de dias que traiga el mes. En la liquidacion i ordenacion de pago por cantidades que contengan centavos, no se liquidarán sinó cantidades que terminen por cero o cinco.
