Artículo Primero. El avalúo del terreno a que se refiere el artículo 5° de la Ley 96 de 1. 958, se practicará por dos (2) peritos, nombrados uno por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y el otro por el Gerente del Instituto de Crédito-Territorial, sin perjuicio de que pueda designarse de común acuerdo un solo perito para 1% práctica de tal avalúo.
