Art. 2º Las Oficinas generales de Cuentas de los Departamentos, continuarán el examen de aquellas de que trata el artículo anterior, hasta el 1º de Febrero de 1888, para el efecto de formar y presentar á las asambleas departamentales la última cuenta general que determinará en 31 de Diciembre del año en curso.
