Decreto 3541 de 1983 · Por el cual se introducen modificaciones al régimen del impuesto sobre las ventas

El período fiscal del impuesto sobre las ventas será

Bimestral, para los productores y exportadores con derecho a devoluciones.

Anual, para los demás responsables.

Parágrafo

En el caso de liquidación durante el ejercicio, el período fiscal se regirá por lo dispuesto en el artículo 22 de la Ley 52 de 1977. Cuando se inicien actividades durante el ejercicio, el período fiscal será el comprendido entre la fecha de Iniciación de actividades y la fecha de finalización en el respectivo período.
