º. Garantía de Pensión Mínima . En desarrollo del principio de solidaridad consagrado en la Ley 100 de 1993, la Nación y los dos regímenes del Sistema General de Pensiones garantizan a sus afiliados que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en la mencionada ley, el reconocimiento y pago de una pensión mínima de vejez, de invalidez o de sobrevivientes equivalente al monto de un salario mínimo legal mensual vigente.
