Período de la retención. La retención del depósito de reserva se hará en la fecha de la cesión al reasegurador y el período durante el cual deberá mantenerse será igual a aquel en el cual la entidad aseguradora cedente mantenga la reserva propia del mismo seguro. El depósito de reserva relacionado con seguros cuya vigencia sea superior a un (1) año se liberará expirado el primer año de vigencia del seguro.
