Del acervo repartible de los bienes factores que pertenecieron á los Departamentos que se extinguen por esta Ley se tomarán proporcionalmente las cantidades necesarias para adquirir ó construir los edificios que se necesiten para la administración nacional en los Departamentos nuevamente creados.
