Es un procedimiento que permite acceder en forma ágil a las líneas jerárquicas de la institución para exponer ante el inmediato superior, de manera verbal o escrita, asuntos del servicio o personales que afecten el mismo, con el propósito que les sean resueltos; en caso de que la solicitud sea negativa o desfavorable podrá acudir ante el inmediato superior de este.
