º . El artículo 2° del Decreto 4239 de 2004 quedará así: Artículo 2°. Ejercicio del derecho a la interconexión. Los operadores de servicios de telecomunicaciones prestados a través de sistemas de acceso troncalizado (Trunking) que deseen ejercer el derecho consagrado en el artículo anterior, deberán

Manifestar por escrito su decisión al Ministerio de Comunicaciones;

Pagar el valor que determine el Ministerio de Comunicaciones el cual será fijado con base en un estudio.
