Ley 42 de 1882 · Que concede una gracia y autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para otorgar las que se encuentren en el mismo caso

Art. 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo entregará á dicho religioso la suma á que monte la respectiva liquidacion, en Pagarés del Tesoro de 2.ª emision, por el importe de las pensiones devengadas desde el 9 de Setiembre de 1861 hasta el 9 de Setiembre de 1881.

Parágrafo

Se tendrán por incluidas en el Presupuesto de Gastos vigente las partidas que ocasione esta ley, como créditos adicionales, así en lo relativo á la pension corriente, pagadera en dinero, como á la suma que debe darse en Pagarés del Tesoro, la cual corresponde al Presupuesto especial de Crédito público.
