Artículo 2.3.3.5. Irrevocabilidad de las operaciones con TES. Para las operaciones de compra y venta de Títulos de Tesorería TES, Clase “B” negociadas con la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional, se entiende que una vez en firme, las mismas son irrevocables y deben ejecutarse en los términos pactados. En caso que la Entidad incumpla con las obligaciones a su cargo, tal situación será reportada a los respectivos Órganos de Control.
