Art. 1.° Desde el 1.° de Julio corriente, los empleados civiles nacionales gozarán de un aumento de sueldo en la siguiente proporción: Los sueldos no mayores de $100 mensuales, en un 70 por 100; Los de $ 101 á $ 200, en un 60 por 100; Los de $ 201 á $ 300, en un 50 por 100; Los de $ 301 á $ 400, en un 25 por 100;
