º. Distribución Regional . El cupo presupuestal, para el subsidio se consolidará anualmente a nivel departamental. Se asignarán cupos dos veces al año en los meses de marzo y septiembre, teniendo en cuenta las prioridades que resulten de aplicar los indicadores previstos en el artículo 7º del presente Decreto.
