Transferencia de bienes, derechos y obligaciones . A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto se entienden transferidos a título gratuito por ministerio de la ley, todos los bienes muebles e inmuebles, derechos y obligaciones de la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Justicia Penal Militar a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial, que tengan relación con las funciones establecidas para esta Unidad, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 127 de la Ley 1765 de 2015. Los bienes estarán identificados en las Actas que para el efecto suscriba el representante legal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial o su delegado, las cuales serán registradas en la respectiva Oficina de Registro, cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
