Parágrafo

del artículo 400 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

El término de permanencia en el lugar de arribo previsto en el artículo 209 de este decreto se suspenderá desde la determinación de reconocimiento y hasta que finalice esta diligencia con la autorización o no del tránsito aduanero. Así mismo, se suspenderá el término de almacenamiento en depósito temporal y en el centro de distribución logística internacional” .
