El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo en coordinación con entidades territoriales, el Sena y Bancóldex, promoverá programas de apoyo a los emprendimientos gastronómicos del pueblo raizal, que incluyan formación técnica, acceso a crédito, acompañamiento empresarial y participación en ferias comerciales. Se dará prioridad a proyectos que conserven la identidad cultural, utilicen ingredientes autóctonos y aporten al turismo sostenible.
