º. Disolución y liquidación . De conformidad con lo previsto en el

del artículo 39 de la Ley 643 de 2001, procédase de inmediato a la liquidación de la Empresa Colombiana de Recursos para la Salud S. A., Ecosalud S. A., y prohíbese a la entidad iniciar nuevas operaciones en desarrollo de su objeto, salvo aquellas que estén encaminadas a lograr su inmediata liquidación. CAPITULO II Del régimen de la liquidación
