Del Registro Minero Nacional. El Registro Minero Nacional formará parte del SIMCO. Sin embargo, hasta que se adopten las medidas necesarias y el Ministerio de Minas y Energía no disponga otra cosa, el Registro Minero Nacional continuará siendo administrado por Minercol Ltda., o por la entidad que haga sus veces.
