ARTICULO 45 . Las normas contenidas en el Capítulo Tercero del Título IV del Libro Primero, Parte General, del Código Penal, con sus modificaciones y adiciones, serán aplicables para los efectos del otorgamiento de la Condena de Ejecución Condicional y la imposición de las obligaciones correspondientes, así como para la revocación del beneficio y la extinción de la condena.
