Las personas que estando en estas condiciones no quieran acogerse a las ventajas del título de inmigrante, lo harán presente a las autoridades marítimas al tiempo de la visita del recibo del buque en que viaje, o a más tardar al tiempo del desembarco, y en este caso se les considerará como simples viajeros sin perjuicio de que por su permanencia en el país adquieran el domicilio con arreglo a las leyes.
