Artículo segundo. El producto del préstamo a que se refiere el artículo- primero, se aplicará a la financiación del programa de rehabilitación del sistema vial del país, descrito en el Anexo 2 del citado contrato de préstamo, o en cualesquiera modificaciones del dicho Anexo 2 que sea permitida por tal contrato.
