Art. 3° Suprímense igualmente los empleados de recaudación del referido impuesto creados por el Gobernador del Departamento de Bolívar, con aprobación del Gobierno; y se adscriben las funciones encargadas á dichos empleados, á la Tesorería general del Departamento.
