Ley 1 de 1967 · por la cual se provee a la reconstrucción de las zonas devastadas por el incendio de Quibdó, y la ayuda a los damnificados por este mismo suceso.

Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para conceder plazos de gracia, rebajas y exoneraciones sobre el impuesto de renta y complementarios, correspondientes al año gravable de 1965, a favor de los contribuyentes damnificados por el incendio ocurrido en Quibdó en octubre de 1966, conforme al reglamento que el Gobierno expida para el efecto.

Parágrafo

Las rebajas o exoneraciones que se autoricen no podrán exceder del porcentaje que las pérdidas comprobadas representen en relación con el patrimonio del contribuyente declarado el 31 de diciembre de 1965.
