Ministerio de Cultura: El Ministerio de Cultura tendrá como objetivos formular, coordinar, ejecutar y vigilar la política del Estado en materia cultural de modo coherente con los planes de desarrollo, con los principios fundamentales y de participación contemplados en la Constitución Política y en la ley y le corresponde formular y adoptar políticas, planes generales, programas y proyectos del Sector Administrativo a su cargo.
