El personal de las obras públicas nacionales de la capital, será el siguiente, con los jornales máximos que a continuación se expresan:

Dos Inspectores Generales , hasta $ 3 diarios cada uno; un Jefe de Locativas , hasta $ 3- 50 diarios; un dibujante hasta $ 2 diarios; cada Administrador de obras, hasta $ 2 - 50 diarios ; un vigilante para cada obra, hasta $ 1-20 diarios; un Receptor de materiales, hasta $ 1-80 diarios; un Sobrestante para cada obra , hasta $ 1- 20 diarios.

Los maestros, oficiales y peones tendrán el jornal correspondiente a la clase de trabajo que ejecuten.
