Elecciones simultáneas. Los representantes de las Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras, ante las Comisiones Consultivas no podrán ser elegidos simultáneamente, durante su respectivo período como Consultivo, a más de un espacio institucional en representación de dichas comunidades, incluida las Subcomisión de Consulta Previa de que trata el artículo 20 del presente decreto.
