Elegibilidad para la calificación del proyecto. La elegibilidad de un proyecto de interés social rural es la verificación por parte de la entidad otorgante del subsidio mediante un proceso de revisión de los aspectos técnicos, financieros y jurídicos del mismo, a partir de los cuales será calificado. En ningún caso la elegibilidad de un proyecto genera derecho alguno para la asignación del subsidio familiar de vivienda de interés social rural.
