La sustanciación de la solicitud estará a cargo del Juez o Magistrado según el caso, a quien corresponderá por reparto que será efectuado por el Presidente de la Sala el mismo día, o a más tardar el siguiente día hábil. El Juez o Magistrado tendrá en consideración la situación de vulnerabilidad manifiesta de las víctimas para considerar la tramitación preferente de sus reclamaciones.
