Sanciones. Los particulares que adquieran, transfieran, vendan o usen boletas sin aplicación de las medidas consagradas en materia del sistema de validación nacional contempladas en este decreto, serán susceptibles de las sanciones estipuladas en la Ley 1445 de 2011, la Ley 1801 de 2016 y demás normas que sean aplicables.
