Objetivos. Son objetivos de las juntas de vivienda comunal

Construir mediante autogestión, las soluciones de vivienda y las obras de infraestructura para servicios públicos y equipamiento comunitario acordes con las reglamentaciones legales; obras que se destinarán, exclusivamente, para las familias afiliadas.

Adelantar obras de mejoramiento de vivienda.

Procurar la vinculación de entidades oficiales, semioficiales y privadas a la organización, con el fin de obtener asesoría para la planeación y ejecución del programa de vivienda.
