° Los laboratorios de elaboración de vacuna y demás productos medicinales de naturaleza bioterápica sólo podrán ser dirigidos por los profesionales a que se refiere el artículo 1° de la Ley 121 de 1948, en calidad de directores científicos o técnicos. Los controles biológicos de los diferentes lotes de los productos medicinales que se fabriquen en laboratorios de producción deberán ser ejecutados por los profesionales a que se refiere este artículo.
