La urgencia evidente a que se refiere el inciso f) del artículo 27 del Código Fiscal supone solamente necesidades inmediatas de orden público o seguridad nacional, o la amenaza de una calamidad, como epidemia, inundación, etc. Cuando existiere esa urgencia, a juicio del Consejo de Ministros, este podrá reducir el termino de la licitación y ordenar los apremios que estime necesarios para el cumplimiento debido por parte del rematador.
