Articulo 63. De las instrucciones al nuevo funcionario . Corresponde al Jefe de la Unidad de Personal de cada organismo o entidad recibir al nuevo empleado y darle instrucción general acerca de sus tareas y en especial deberá

Explicarle el funcionamiento de la Institución, los servicios que le están adscritos y la ubicación jerárquica y física de su cargo;

Entregarle los manuales correspondientes a la institución y al empleo del cual ha tomado posesión;

Presentarlo al personal de la institución o de la Unidad a la cual se vincula.
